Board of Directors

Fundamaya is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors in the United States. Board members serve without pay. The Board oversees Fundamaya’s finances, approves the annual budget, reviews our IRS Form 990, and makes sure donor gifts are used for our charitable programs in Guatemala.
