While our focus is on education, unmet basic needs can create serious barriers to learning. Without enough food, safe housing, or access to urgent medical care, a child cannot focus or succeed in school.

Chronic malnutrition, stress, and instability directly affect a child’s ability to learn. When families have food security and a safe home, children are better able to concentrate, grow, and thrive. Some families require urgent assistance due to medical emergencies, the loss of a family member, or natural disasters. Others need ongoing support to recover and regain stability, such as single mothers struggling to feed their children or injured parents unable to work.

Through donations to our Community Aid program, we are able to provide essential support including food, shelter, and medical care. Donations may be designated for a specific situation or given to the general fund to address the most urgent needs.
