At Fundamaya we are so proud of our Sewing class and the women who make great sacrifices to come and take these classes.
These are often women who have not had the opportunity to go to school.
Many of them do not know how to read or write.
But thanks to the support of Global Legacy.org and Community Church of Poway, we have been able to have machines for these women to learn on and sewing supplies.
Thanks to the generosity of Global Legacy each year they supply brand new sewing machines to Fundamaya so the women will have a machine to take home to start their own, at home business.
If you would like to sponsor a woman to take the 6 month course it is just $250 US.
