UPDATE ON COVID SITUATION IN GUATEMALA. 

In Guatemala, from 3 January 2020 to 8:47 pm CET, 17 February 2023, there have been 1,232,685 confirmed cases of COVID-19 with 20,153 deaths, reported to WHO. As of 10 February 2023, a total of 20,160,469 vaccine doses have been administered.

You no longer need to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test to enter Guatemala.

Masks are still worn in Guatemala, especially in the city offices.  Hospitals and medical clinics also require masks.

Some places still require you to take your temperature when entering.
